Sandrea Mosses was first drawn into the realm of ghost hunting following a terrifying experience that during her teens.
From that event, she developed a powerful set of psychic skills which has enabled her to see and sense ghosts, demons and evil spirits. Using her psychic gifts, she dedicated her life to the art of banishing and energy clearing.
Vanquishing Ghosts and Demons is a personal account of the exorcism work that she does with her dedicated team of fellow psychics as well as with the support of her own spirit guides. These are known as Quan Yin, White Feather, White Cloud and Saul. Altogether, they make quite a formidable team—which is just as well as, when you consider that when they work to clear infected areas, they encounter some formidable opponents.
The book is a personal account of the many battles that have taken place between the opposing forces of light and dark.
On some occasions, the chances that it would be the force of good that would win out very much hung in the balance.
In the book’s opening chapter, Mosses describes the way in which her and her team work. Before going into battle, this involves a form of group bonding—a ritual that has the expressed purpose of binding them into a single unit.
Once an area has been banished of its negative force, the team, which includes a healer, has the task of repairing the etheric damage that has been wrecked upon the person or their property.
In addition to using their psychic powers, the team occasionally employs tools such as crystals to intensify their power. Although the author does not take all the credit for their successes and rather surprisingly reveals that it is their inner plane guides that expedite the actual returning of the discarnate entity to where it came from rather than doing so themselves. This is rather an interesting take on the exorcism process.
The bulk of the book that follows consists of a blow-by-blow account of some extremely harrowing experiences that these psychic ghostbusters have experienced in their line of work.
They include accounts of haunted rooms, possessed individuals, and other ghostly comings and goings.
The book concludes with the author’s take on the nature and origins of demonic possession as well as an invocation of the forces of light should you ever require the assistance of the ‘good guys’.
Our Review of ‘Vanquishing Ghosts and Demons’ by Sandrea Mosses
I will admit that my knowledge of psychic possession and the art of the exorcism at this high level of operation was sketchy until I read this book.
I guess, like many others, I assumed that this type of intense demonic possession fell under the jurisdiction of the Roman Catholic Church and that banishings involved Latin incantations and a sprinkling of Holy Water.
However, in her book, Mosses has done an excellent and spine tingling job of describing the actual form of magickal banishment that her team employs when invoking forces of light, circles of protection and projections of light energy.
What shines through the book most powerfully of all for me is the sheer sense of love, commitment and dedication that the author has for her chosen sphere of work. There is no doubt that a great many people must be extremely grateful to her and her team for removing the demonic forces that have strayed into their lives—even in those situations where those possessed might have inadvertently invited dark entities into their lives through the inappropriate use of a Ouija board for example.
However you view the metaphysical worlds that interpenetrate with ours, there can be no doubt left in your mind after reading this book that the problem of evil entities active in the world today is greater than we might initially suppose.
It is to the authors great credit that she is prepared to tackle this subject head on and add a little light to a some times dark world.
